FAQ

I am looking for something but can’t find it on the site?

Add a note to your order detailing the product you are looking for and we will do our best to add it to your order. We also aim to add any requested items to our site so they will be available for purchase in the future.

What if something I ordered is not in stock?

In these cases our picker will choose the most suitable replacement for you (based on product size and cost). You will be informed of these upon deliver or collection. If there are a number of replacements our picker will contact you while preparing your order to inform you of the out of stock products and their possible replacements.

I do not want replacement products if my requested product is unavailable, what should I do?

Simply let us know in advance and we will inform the picker not to make replacements.

I have placed an order for collection but am unable to collect it on the day I picked?

Please notify us if this is the case and we will arrange to have your order ready for another day that suits you.

I am not going to be home to accept my delivery, what should I do?

Please let us know in advance if you are not going to be available to sign for your order. If we are given enough notice we will accommodate you in another delivery slot free of charge. If you do not inform us in time you may be liable for an additional delivery charge. We will do our best to accommodate you.

I am unhappy with a product I received, can I return it?

Yes of course. If you decide this while the driver is still there (or for collections, while you are still in the store) simply inform the staff member of this and they will take it back and arrange for a refund. If you change your mind at a later date you can return the item to any of our stores within 28 days (just remember to have your receipt with you). This does not apply for perishable items which must be returned on the day of delivery or collection.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

We process all refunds as soon as we receive them but it can take some banks up to 5 working days to process it back to your account.

What are ‘cookies’ on your website?

To make this site work properly, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device. Most big websites do this too. A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another. You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish. You can delete all cookies that are already on your computer and you can set most browsers to prevent them from being placed. If you do this, however, you may have to manually adjust some preferences every time you visit a site and some services and functionalities may not work.
