Delivery will be made to the address you give when placing your order. We will deliver your order within your chosen time slot to the best of our ability but we will not be liable if we fail to do so. You will be notified of any delays with your order.
The driver may contact you for directions or if they require more information. If there are any major issues with your selected products you will be contacted. In the case of out of stock products our picker will choose the closest replacement for you. If you would not to like to receive any replacements please let us know in advance.
If there is no answer at the delivery address the driver will leave an attempted delivery notice. If this happens please contact our customer service team and we will rearrange your delivery. Please note that this may result in an extra delivery charge.
All deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over. Please note that ID may be required upon order delivery if we feel the person accepting the order may be under the legal age to buy tobacco or alcohol.
In-Store Pick Up
Your order will be ready to collect in your chosen store from your chosen time and date. Please ask a member of staff for assistance when you arrive at the store. A member of staff will then go through your order with you and point out any product replacements. If you would not to like to receive any replacements please let us know in advance.
If you do not collect your order on your selected day we will keep it aside for 24 hours. After that it will be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with something in your order or have changed your mind feel free to hand it back to the driver (or staff member going through your order) upon delivery or collection and we will arrange for a full refund. This also applies to any products that you feel may be faulty or damaged. If you change your mind at a later date you can return the item to any of our stores. This must be done within 28 days and you must bring your receipt with you. Failure to show proof of receipt may result in the return not being accepted.
The above does not apply to perishable items. Please return all perishable items on the day of delivery or collection.
When returning products they must be in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
Your refund will then be processed as soon as possible. Some refunds can take up to 5 days to show up in your bank account. If you purchased products while they were on promotion you will be refunded the promotion price.
