This website (www.joycesfresh.com) is owned and operated by Joyce’s Supermarket. We operate this website in order to provide our customers with a home delivery service, in-store pick up service and an information point for our products and company. On this site you will find a selection of the products that we stock in our stores. You will also find a selection of recipes and top tips for using the products we stock. This website and the information it contains has been designed with our customers in mind. However, we are not responsible for the accuracy of the information we provide. It is advised you check all products before use. In using this site and in particular when placing an order it is given that you have read, and abide to these terms & conditions. Please do not place an order if you do not agree with these terms & conditions.

Our App:

The app (Joyces Supermarket) is owned and operated by Joyce’s Supermarket. When using our app you must do so in a way that is both fair and legal. We reserve the right to restrict your access to our app at our own discretion. Our app is aimed at people living in Ireland. If you are based outside Ireland and you choose to download our app you do so at your own risk. In using our app it is given that you have read, and abide to these terms & conditions. Please do not continue to use our app if you do not agree with these terms & conditions.


Acceptable Use:

When using our website or our app we trust that you will do so in a safe and trustworthy manner. You must not use either our website or our app in any way that may breach any laws or regulations. You may not use them to publish or distribute any malicious software. You must not conduct any data collection (whether it be manual or automated) to obtain information from our website or our app. If we believe you are not using our website or app as intended we may restrict your access or block it completely.


Account Registration:

If you decide to register for an account when placing an order please note that your name, address, contact number and email address may be saved on our system. The system may also remember items that you previously purchased but this is just to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please note that for security reasons we do NOT store any credit/debit card details.


Products & Pricing:

We reserve the right to remove products from our site as well as amending prices in accordance with supplier price changes. Products which are on promotion may be stopped at any time without prior notice. All prices displayed on this website are in Euro (€). If you are making a payment using a non-Euro card please note the exchange rate is applied by your bank.



If you enter a competition on our website it is given that you agree for us (or the company offering the prize) to contact you directly should you win. Please note you must be over 18 years of age to enter a competition on our website unless otherwise specified.



Once you complete your order it is deemed that you are happy for your card to be charged. For home deliveries and in-store pick-ups your card will be charged on the day of delivery. If a product you ordered is unavailable your picker may decide to replace it with the most similar product (price and size wise). Your driver will go through your order with you at drop off and will point out any replacements. If you are unhappy with any of the products you received or any replacements that were sent just give them to your driver and a full refund can be arranged (this also applies for in-store pick-ups).

Delivery will be made to the address you give when placing your order. We will deliver your order within your chosen time slot to the best of our ability but we will not be liable if we fail to do so. You will be notified of any delays with your order.

By placing an order you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Please note that ID may be required upon order delivery/collection if we feel the person accepting/collecting the order may be under the legal age to buy tobacco or alcohol.


Delivery & Click and Collect:

If you place an order for home delivery or click and collect we may contact you via phone or email if we have any issues. You may be contacted if a product you are looking for is unavailable. This is to ensure the best service possible. Your driver may also contact you directly to deliver your order. If there is going to be a delay or if the driver is going to be early you will be informed.


Marketing Disclaimer:

We may contact you with marketing information from time to time. This can include by post, email, text message or push notification. If you do not wish to receive these updates please tick the appropriate boxes when registering your account. To unsubscribe from these services please follow the unsubscribe directions at the end of the letter, email or text message.


Third Party Sites:

We will not pass any personal information on to third party sites without your consent. When entering competitions from our suppliers please tick the appropriate boxes to ensure you are included/excluded for all their marketing materials. From time to time, hyperlinks may be used to link to third party websites. We accept no responsibility for any content on third party sites nor for the consequences of any action taken by any persons pursuant to the use of third party websites linked to our website.


Your Account Security:

If you use our website or our app, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, tablet or mobile to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. You should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, of if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. Joyce’s Supermarket will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage arising from any failure on your behalf to protect your account. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information you provided when registering.
