Pancakes

Ingredients:

100g plain flour

1 egg

300ml milk

1 tbsp sunflower oil

Pinch of salt

Method:

Sift together the flour and salt in a large bowl and mix. Make a well in the centre and add in the egg, oil and half the milk.   Combine ingredients by gently mixing in the flour into the wet ingredients. When the batter becomes smooth add in the remaining milk and mix.   Leave mixture to rest for an hour before cooking.   Heat a pan until very hot and then reduce heat to medium. Lightly grease the pan, spoon in some batter and cook over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes.   Top with your favourite ingredients and enjoy!
